Do you need someone to clean the house you are moving into or moving out of? Move-In/Out services are intended for empty houses, and include:

• Flooring is swept, mopped, and/or vacuumed, including corners and edges

• Interior windows, windowsills, blinds, and window ledges are cleaned with liquid cleaner

• All cobwebs are removed

• Light fixtures and light switch plates are cleaned with liquid cleaner (in place, not removed)

• Doors, cabinet fronts, door frames, trim, baseboards, and chair rails are cleaned with liquid cleaner

• Ceiling fan blades are cleaned with liquid cleaner

• Toilets, sinks, counters, mirrors, bathtubs, and showers are cleaned with liquid cleaner

• Kitchen appliances are cleaned with liquid cleaner, including the inside of the refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and oven

• Pantries, cabinets, shelves, and drawers are cleaned with liquid cleaner

• Blinds are cleaned with liquid cleaner

I recommend a deep cleaning at least once or twice a year. You can order deep cleaning services, a la cart, or as a package. Deep cleaning can include any or all of the following:

• Windows, windowsills, and window ledges are cleaned with liquid cleaner

• Light fixtures and ceiling fan blades are cleaned with liquid cleaner (in place, not removed)

• Doors, cabinet fronts, door frames, visible trim, visible baseboards, and chair rails are cleaned with liquid cleaner

• Pantry shelves are cleaned with liquid cleaner

• Kitchen or bathroom cabinetry shelves and drawers are cleaned inside with liquid cleaner

• Blinds will be hand-wiped with liquid cleaner

• Oven is cleaned with oven cleaner

• Refrigerator is cleaned on the inside
